These guys are Awesome to work with and very kind and full of Knowledge! The engine runs Beautiful better than original. They make doing business with the costumer so easy. Engine was so well packed and delivery was Quick. FedEx comes to your door to pick up your core with no issues. All you see is negative reviews in this world so I would like to put a very Positive review! Thank you Rev 6 and your team keep up the Great work!

I bought a new motor for my axys 800 . I had the Motor installed at the local dealer. I rode the new motor for 300 miles. I had knee surgery and couldn’t ride at the end of the second year. When I started the machine it ran bad so I took it back to the dealer. They sat on it for almost a year before looking at it. They found out that it had low compression on one side. I tried to get rev 6 to warranty it or at least share the cost and they said no because the warranty was up. After breaking the motor down they discovered a piston skirt broke destroying the cylinder causing the motor to be have to be rebuilt. There was no sign of abuse or heat causing the issue. I understand the time line for the warranty however I feel that miles should be considered in a situation like this.

One word about Rev 6 customer service and their products. WOW. AMAZING. GREAT. PHENOMENAL. (You pick one!). Heather and her team have given me the best customer service I have ever received in the motorsports industry. All questions and concerns I had were answered quickly and kindly. I even had a time sensitive question during the engine swap, expected a return email with an answer, I got an actual phone call from one of their techs talking me through a procedure! If you need a new engine or engine parts give these folks a ring, you won’t be disappointed!

I needed to rebuild my 900xp as it had a failed rod bearing. I had my reservations on ordering here due to my never hearing of them, but after speaking with the salesman I was feeling much better about the experience. Included in the kit was a set of stock piston rings which I found out would not fit in the grooves. After a call to the company they transferred me over to the tech side and we went over all the measurements and came to the conclusion that I was sent the wrong rings. They didn’t have any of the correct rings in stock so to make up for this they sent me a new piston set to make it right since they had made the mistake. Everything went together nicely and I was able to put 7 hrs on the rzr here this last weekend without any issues. Hopefully we can run it for a long time. Thanks for the great customer service I was worried about it being so close to the holidays but you guys made it happen.

I had an amazing experience with Rev6. Mike and Heather knocked it out of the park with customer service and technical knowledge. Trying a new company for your needs is always nerve racking. This is a local company for me but, over text or in person, the technical knowledge and personal experience made all the difference in helping me make a decision to buy here. Mike was very patient with me in answering all of my questions without ANY pressure, and in the end I had no problem laying down the cash to do business with a company I believe, does it right! I will do business with Rev6 again. Based on their technical knowledge and integrity, I recommend them to my friends and anyone who reads this review. No need to hesitate, pull the trigger! In my experience, you will get a quality product, and you will be treated right. Two rides in and I am loving this clutch set up! Without doubt, it is everything I was promised it would be!

Update as of 7/12/2023- had an engine issue with Valve clearances called in and spoke with tech named JAKE and he was super helpful and super knowledgeable and willing to do what it took to correct my issues as best as he could. Sent out parts promptly and was great to work with. They really stand behind there product. Thanks again Jake! I purchased a complete engine from Rev6 for my Polaris Rzr. After a few issues and a few failed engines. Rev6 really stood behind there product and corrected there issues. Working with Samantha (Sam) was a great experience. She really went above and beyond. Sam was always very polite and understanding on everything through the entire process. Mike was great as well. He provided all the tech information needed and worked to get a good engine in my Rzr. I still have minimal hours on this new engine but it has completed break-in time and a few good trail rides. Time will tell, but so far so good!
